No returns will be accepted without prior consent from Callisto Marine.
Complaints regarding unacceptable quality must be made in writing within 28 days of invoice date.
If an incorrect product has been ordered, Callisto Marine must be notified within 7 working days of receipt. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the goods return. Once the goods have been returned, Callisto Marine will refund the value of the product but not any carriage charges that were incurred.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our carrier is used to collect any items from you to return to us Short or damaged deliveries must be notified within 5 working days of receipt. Deliveries must be checked for damage prior to signing the Carrier's delivery note. No complaints shall be entertained if the Carrier's delivery note has been signed as "received in good condition".

We aim to despatch orders of stock items within 2 working days of receipt. If items are out of stock our Sales Department will contact you and advise you of the expected delivery.
